The main purpose of this research is to develop scientific and methodological support for the supplier evaluation process improve supply chain management mechanisms manufacturing components. results can be applied in any light heavy industry, from medical equipment aerospace applications. problem solved a few simple steps which are described paper, namely: conducting an analysis procurement legislation current limitations assumptions on nonfinancial requirements suppliers, performing parametric global assessment practises, developing analytical method evaluating suppliers with justification distinguishing characteristics. In conclusion, some practical recommendations made.
